Please include any tumbler personalizations in the notes section at check-out. This includes:
- any color change requests
- any names, sayings or decals you would like
- if you would like/not like to see your tumbler in a live feed/reel on social media
If we have any questions, we will reach out. If you omit any notes, we will recreate the tumbler in the photo and send it as pictured.
Pre-order tumblers will ship within 30 business days under normal circumstances. If there is a delay or an issue arises with your order, you will be contacted and a solution will be offered. Please see our Terms of Service page for more information.
All tumblers used are double insulated stainless steel and will keep your drink warm or cold for hours! All tumblers are made with an FDA compliant food safe epoxy. These items are all handmade so no two cups are identical. Please note that due to the handmade nature slight imperfections are a possibility.
